The projects are implemented with the financial support of the Programme “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
We design and manufacture glass moulds, precision machine components and surface coating solutions — for manufacturers across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Products
Plungers, neck rings, inserts and parts for the defence and automotive industries.

Machine park
High-precision, multifunctional machines allow the manufacture of any type of mould shape, supported by the latest 3D CAD/CAM/CAE software and Siemens NX releases.

Industries
We work for manufacturers in the glass, defence and automotive industries — where a micron makes the difference.
01 · Glass
Moulds for tableware and container glass — from simple round shapes to complex profiles. Every mould closes to micron accuracy and runs cycle after cycle above 1000 °C.
02 · Defence
Precision machine components for the defence sector, produced under NATO AQAP 2110 with NCAGE code 01DLU. Full traceability of every batch — from the material certificate to the final inspection report.
03 · Automotive
Precision parts for the automotive supply chain — turning and milling in one closed cycle across 80+ CNC machines, in volumes from a single prototype to serial production. Coming next: drive shaft production — the part that carries drive to the wheels.

Quality and traceability
Every batch leaves the plant with a computer-generated production report, sent to the customer for approval.
Send us a specification or a 3D model and we’ll come back with a feasibility assessment and a lead time.
